We’re looking for a Transport Coordinator to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate transport planning. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and optimizing processes, this role is for you.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Manage TMS master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Book and optimize transport to improve service levels and reduce costs
- Coordinate with warehouses, customer service, transporters, and customers
- Monitor transporter performance and follow up on KPIs
- Validate monthly order rates and resolve discrepancies
- Handle self‑billing to ensure accurate settlements
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoice and payment issues
- Drive continuous improvement in transport processes
- Provide back‑up support to Customer Service Coordinators during absences or peak periods
🎯 What You Bring
- Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain
- Knowledge of transport systems and booking
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tools
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and freight cost structures
